All therapy and counseling services can be provided in-person or online via telehealth for residents of North Carolina.
Insurances Accepted
We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare (UHC/UBH).

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to cover co-pays or fees for session. Full payment is due at time of service.
Therapy Rates & Fees
Intake Assessment $200
Individual Therapy $165
Couples Counseling/Family Therapy $185
Reduced Rates are offered by clinical interns as they are working towards accruing their training hours.
